Description
Your rate includes: Each reservation includes 12 months of advertising in print and online, social media postings, PLUS a professional photo shoot, ad design and production of an ad in our format. Cancellations after photo shoot and ad design will incur 50% the cost of the ad rate as a cancellation fee.
Photo Shoots: A Creative Brief is provided in advance for Advertiser to complete for photographer. Photography from photo shoot is owned by Passport Luxury Guides, LLC, and may NOT be used for any other publications.
Photo retouching/color correction- is limited with the rate above, however, additional services can be accommodated at an hourly rate.
Professional photo shoots are not eligible for half page ads without a $500.00 fee added. Full pages and two page spreads include the photo shoots for one hour maximum. Photography from the photo shoots are to be used in PASSPORT LUXURY GUIDES only, not available to clients to use other magazines.
Ad Design – Once your ad is designed, a proof will be sent for advertiser approval, and up to three changes maximum are included in the rates above. More than three changes will result in a $100.00 per change fee. Passport Luxury Guides ad design is trademarked and cannot be copied or used for any other publications.
Online: All advertisers receive a FREE online listing on passportluxuryguides.com with a link to your website.
